Main floor access (up to 35 guests)
Tables + chairs + basic linens
Lounge furniture
Kitchenette + mini fridge
Setup as‑is (no custom rearranging)
Client responsible for:
Trash removal
Returning furniture to original layout
Leaving space “as found”
