Holiday dates are considered premium and are subject to a 50% rate increase.

✔ Dedicated Suite Coordinator (on‑site host)
✔ Event timeline support
✔ Vendor coordination (non‑exclusive)
✔ Basic décor package setup (tablescape, signage, light styling)
✔ Hands‑on hosting assistance during event
Optional Add‑Ons:
Custom décor upgrade: +$300–$1000 (balloons, drapery, candles, custom signage and more)
Custom experience add-ons (ex. bartender, photo booth, custom merch vendor, and more) ($300-$1000)
